Are the prices fixed or do they vary by project?
Starter projects are fixed-scope, fixed-price. Growth and Scale plans are monthly retainers — the price stays the same every month regardless of hours.
Do you charge setup fees?
No. What you see is what you pay. There are no onboarding fees, tooling fees, or hidden line items.
Can I cancel a retainer anytime?
Growth plans require 30 days notice. Scale plans have custom terms agreed upfront, typically 3–12 month commitments with exit clauses.
What if my project doesn't fit a plan?
Most don't fit perfectly — that's fine. Contact us and we'll scope something custom. We quote fixed-price for clearly defined scopes and retainers for ongoing work.
Do you offer discounts for startups or non-profits?
Yes. We offer a 20% discount for early-stage startups (pre-Series A) and registered non-profits. Mention it in your enquiry.
How does billing work?
Project work: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. Retainers: invoiced monthly in advance via Stripe. All prices are in USD.
